AI automation of follow-up work
The repetitive evening work drafted for your approval.
Who this is for
Owners doing the admin at the kitchen table at night: replying to reviews, chasing quotes that went quiet, working out what a caller wanted from a voicemail, sorting leads by town. Work that is repetitive and judgement-light and still has to be done.
The problem it solves
The follow-up that turns a lead into a booked estimate is mostly small, repetitive, and easy to forget: the reply, the nudge, the note about what they asked for. It gets done when the day was quiet and not when it was busy, which is backwards. Where a task is repetitive and does not need your judgement, it can be drafted or done automatically, on your own accounts, and you approve what goes out.
What is included
- Review replies and follow-up messages drafted for you to approve, not sent blind
- A plain-words summary of what a caller wanted, so the callback starts informed
- Quotes that have gone quiet chased on a schedule you set, and stopped the moment the customer replies
- Leads routed and tagged by trade, town, and source as they arrive, into the sheet you own
- Built on your own accounts, and we can explain what every piece does
What is not included
- Anything sent to a customer without a template you approved
- Decisions that need your judgement: pricing, scheduling promises, and anything about a dispute stay with you
How it runs
- 01
Pick the work
We list the follow-up tasks eating your evenings and pick the ones that are repetitive and judgement-light. The rest stays manual on purpose.
- 02
Build on your accounts
The automations are set up in tools and accounts in your name, so you are never locked into something you cannot see.
- 03
Approve and switch on
You see every template and every rule before it runs. Then it runs, and you approve outputs where you asked to.
What we need from you
- A list of the follow-up you actually do, and how often
- Access to the tools it lives in today: your inbox, your invoicing, your calendar
- Which outputs you want to approve and which you are happy to let go
Timeline
The first automations are usually running within a few weeks of setup. We add more only once the first set has been working quietly for a while and you trust it.
How pricing works
Setup is a one-time flat fee, quoted after the free audit once we have seen your market. Ongoing work is either a flat monthly rate or a price per booked estimate, your choice. There are no dollar figures on this site because we will not quote a market we have not looked at. What you own, whatever happens.
Questions owners ask about this
Will it send things to customers without me seeing them?
Only where you have told us it can, using a template you approved. The default is drafted for approval.
Do we need new software?
Sometimes a small tool, always in your name. We build on what you already use wherever we can, and we explain every piece so you can run it without us.
What if it gets something wrong?
Nothing here makes a decision that matters on its own. It drafts, summarises, reminds, and sorts. You stay the one who quotes, books, and promises.
See what your own axis looks like
We pull your Google profile, your reviews, your site speed, and the three competitors sitting above you in the map pack, then walk you through what we would change first. No charge, no obligation.
