Who this is for
Trades that do good work and have almost nothing on Google to show for it, because asking for a review at the end of a long day is the thing that never happens.
The problem it solves
Reviews are the difference between being found and being chosen. A homeowner comparing three businesses in the map pack picks the one with the most recent, most specific reviews, and Google ranks that business higher for the same reason. Most trades have a handful of old reviews and no system for getting the next one.
What is included
- An automatic request by text after every completed job, with a link that takes one tap
- A follow-up nudge for the people who meant to and forgot
- Replies to every review, including the bad ones, in your voice and for your approval where you want it
- Pacing that keeps reviews arriving steadily rather than in a burst
- Reviews surfaced on your own site as they arrive
What is not included
- Paying for reviews, gating unhappy customers out of the request, or asking for a particular rating; all against Google's policy and all get profiles penalised
- Reviews written by us or by anyone who was not a customer
How it runs
- 01
Connect the trigger
The request fires when a job is marked done, from your invoicing tool, your calendar, or a one-tap link on your phone if you run on paper.
- 02
Write the ask
The text is short, in your name, and mentions the job. The link opens straight onto the review form.
- 03
Handle replies
Every review gets an answer. Negative ones get a calm, specific reply that the next reader will judge you on.
What we need from you
- How you mark a job as finished today, even if that is a text to yourself
- Whether you want to approve replies before they go out
Timeline
The system is live within the first couple of weeks. How fast reviews accumulate depends entirely on how many jobs you complete; we do not pad the pace.
How pricing works
Setup is a one-time flat fee, quoted after the free audit once we have seen your market. Ongoing work is either a flat monthly rate or a price per booked estimate, your choice. There are no dollar figures on this site because we will not quote a market we have not looked at. What you own, whatever happens.
Questions owners ask about this
Can we filter out unhappy customers before they are asked?
No. That is review gating and Google prohibits it. What we do instead is make sure a genuinely unhappy customer hears from you first, so the problem is fixed before it becomes a review.
Do you reply to negative reviews for us?
Yes, if you want us to, and you can approve every reply first. A good answer to a bad review is read by every prospect who comes after it.
Will you write reviews for us to get started?
No. Never. Fake reviews break Google's rules and, when they are removed, take the real ones down with them.
See what your own axis looks like
We pull your Google profile, your reviews, your site speed, and the three competitors sitting above you in the map pack, then walk you through what we would change first. No charge, no obligation.
One of us calls or texts within 5 minutes during business hours, 8am to 6pm Eastern, Monday to Saturday.
